Paulina is "blessed with incredible genes" but still is disciplined when it comes to her diet. "But it's really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out," she told Golf Digest.
Paulina mixes up her workouts. "It's all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are," she says. "I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I've been constantly on the go, so I don't get to run much anymore. Now I'm doing workout videos every day. If you don't want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube," she told Golf Digest.
Paulina allows herself to cheat. "It's as simple as Everything in Moderation. I'll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won't do it every day," she told Golf Digest.
Paullina loves Tennis. "Same time next week," she captioned a series of photos on the court. According to ACE Fitness tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Paulina golfs with her husband, Dustin Johnson. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
